Quality and the assurance of quality is always very sensitive.
After a lot of reflections
we decided not to follow the trend of ISO 9001. We decided to offer the
customers an all-in-one system which is totally adapted to his needs.
Therefore we have developed
our own product and customer specific quality assurance system.
Our quality assurance system divides in two sectors
On the one hand we conduct complete goods receipt inspection on every single component and materials from our suppliers. Every single material will be checked at our own laboratory, and a retained sample will be processed probational. After the material has passed this process it will be approved for our production.
On the other hand we compile an individual package of measures with our customers. In this package all important measurements and steps are contained to assure constant quality of the products as well as a constant quality of the documentation.
To assure maximum possible consistency of the delivered quality we only use the latest measuring tools.
